Why is there no free tier?
Because free tiers are almost never free — they're funded by hidden processing markups, ads, or lead sales. We'd rather charge a transparent subscription than quietly take a cut of your client's payments. The 30-day trial gives you a full month to decide.
What counts as a provider?
A provider is any staff member who takes bookings — stylist, barber, esthetician. Receptionists and managers who never appear on the booking page do not count against your provider limit.
What happens if I need more than 5 providers?
Email us. We're keeping multi-location and 6+ provider tiers private until we've nailed the Team experience. If you're at 6 staff today, we'll scope a custom arrangement.
Do you really take $0 from processing?
Yes. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, paid directly to Stripe — Trimmo never touches the money. There is no markup, no rev-share, no per-booking fee. Your Stripe dashboard will confirm it.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from your billing settings. Upgrading from monthly to annual takes effect immediately with prorated credit. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your annual term.
What does the free concierge migration include?
Your client list imports via CSV in a few minutes. For service menu, team members, or notes, send us your Vagaro, Square, Fresha, or Booksy export — we'll handle the setup by hand during your trial. Usually within a few days.
How does the referral program work?
Every paid account gets a unique referral link from the dashboard. When a referred stylist clears the 30-day trial and completes their first paid month, you both get 3 months of credit applied automatically. Capped at 5 successful referrals per account (15 months of credit, max). Both accounts must stay on a paid tier for credit to accrue.
